I am Riccardo Bonfanti, a Master's student pursuing a double degree in Computer Science and Engineering at University of Illinois at Chicago and Politecnico di Milano.
I'm passionate about Computer Graphics Research, exploring everything from rendering algorithms to real-time graphics systems. I am currently focusing on 3D gaussian splatting for CAVE systems on Unity.
My interests also span software engineering and game design and development, where I enjoy creating interactive experiences for the user.
I have a strong foundation in web development, creating full-stack applications with modern frameworks like React.
Additionally, I've worked on parallel computing, particularly GPU (and some FPGA) programming and hardware optimization.
